The Midwinter Formal Dance Winter Wonderland will be held on Saturday! Today is the last day to purchase your tickets during lunch in the Cafeteria.  No tickets will be sold on Friday before the dance. Cost per ticket is $5.00.  As always, you MUST have a student ID to enter the dance. 

MSCR is signing up teams and players for the 11th and 12th grade basketball league.  Forms are available in the Welcome Center or see Ms. Rios during lunch in the cafeteria at the MSCR table.  Teams must sign up by next Monday.

Spartan Leaders is sponsoring a Wish List Drive for the Road Home Dane County, an organization that supports homeless families with children as they transition into stable housing.  The top items needed are:  baby wipes, diapers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, dish detergent, hair care products, deodorant, lotions and shampoos and gift cards to gas stations or grocery stores.  Spartan Leaders invite all Spartans to join in to support The Road Home Dane County.  Athletes will be collecting items through January 17th.  Items can also be dropped off in the Main Office or brought to the Girls basketball game vs Sun Prairie on January 17th.

Calling all actors, singers, dancers, rappers, and poets.  If you are interested in being a part of a theatrical production that reflects the history and culture of blacks in America, stop by the Lit Center this Friday at 12:20 for a meeting about this years’ Black History Month production.  If you are not able to attend and want to participate see Ms. Loyd.

MSCR Ski and Snowboard Club will host their first meeting this Friday during lunch in Room 658.  The first trip will be to Cascade Mountain on Friday, January 24th.

Attention all softball players!  If you want to try out for softball this spring, attend the mandatory meeting this Friday at the beginning of lunch in Room 500.  See Coach Peters if you have any questions.

The Library will be closed today during 1st, 3rd and 7th hours.  Limited passes will be allowed during the rest of the day so plan accordingly.

If you are interested in working with elementary school students, like science, the JMM Science mentors and tutors need you!  A meeting will be held today during Flex time in Room 661.  See Ms. Stec if you are interested.

If you are looking for a summer job, MSCR is seeking summer elementary program staff.  Applications are available for this LIT program in Student Services, the Welcome Center or stop by Room 764D.  See Ms. Rios at the MSCR table during lunch for more information.

Hip Hop Club will meet today during lunch in the Band Room.
