If you have a knack for writing, staying up to date with school events, sports and news, join Sword & Shield, Memorial’s official newspaper.  Editors are needed for the 2018-19 school year.  Talk with Ms. Ford or find them online at for more information.  Make the ‘write’ decision!  Apply for an editor position today!  Applications are due May 18th.

Don’t miss the spring play, 12 Angry Jurors, by Reginald Rose.  Tickets will be sold during lunch and will also be available at the door on the evenings of the performances.  Cost for a ticket is $5.00 Performances are May 17, 18 and 19 at 7:30 pm. 

Seniors, it’s Senior Picnic time and the date is set for Friday, May 25th.  Permission forms are available in all the neighborhood offices and must be returned to the Wisconsin Office no later than May 23rd.  Remember, if you want to ride the same bus with your friends, return your permissions forms in at the same time.

The Sports Event Management class will be selling raffle tickets to raise money for the Girls Track & Field team.  Tickets will be sold in the school store today during lunch as well as the meet at Mansfield today.  The winning prize will be 2 $50 Dicks Sporting Goods Gift Cards and the winners will be announced during the meet.

Join the Native American Student Association on Monday, May 21st in the Library during PCT for viewing of the documentary ‘Awake: A Dream from Standing Rock” and a short discussion.

The Super Hero Club Field Trip to Westfield Comics and Pizza Hut is Wednesday.  All those who signed up should meet in the Commons by 3:45 on Wednesday.
