The spring play, The Nerd, by Larry Shue is the funniest play JMM has ever performed.  Show dates are tonight and Saturday.  Tickets are $5.00 and will be sold in the cafeteria during lunch.

Current sophomores and juniors who would like to welcome our incoming Freshmen for 2017-18 school year by leading tours and ice breakers on September 5th are invited to be a part of the ‘Spartan Freshmen Welcome Day.’  Volunteer forms with further details are located in all of the neighborhood offices.  Forms must be returned to the Rock office no later than Friday, May 26th.  See Ms. Tobin or Ms. Wesolek for more details.

Get ready for the Senior Picnic on May 26th.  Permission forms were distributed and extras are available in all the neighborhood offices.  Please return your permission form to the Wisconsin Office by Wednesday, May 24th.  Remember, if you want to ride the bus with your friends, you should turn in your permission forms at the same time.

All senior party reservation forms and payment must be returned to the Wisconsin Office no later than today.

The final art show of the year is now open in the Art Gallery.  This exhibit features artwork from Memorial student-artists in both second semester Photography and Ceramics classes.  Please stop by early and often to investigate the talents of your fellow Memorial students.

Come to the second annual Spartathon Dance tonight from 6:30 to 9:30 pm in the Fieldhouse.  There will be music, dancing, free food, games and fun!  Tickets are $5.00 at the door, all proceeds to benefit the UW Children’s Hospital.  If you are not able to attend, any donation made through a Spartathon member is greatly appreciated.  Hope to see you at the Dance!

The Math Awards Ceremony and Reception will be held at 12:30 pm today in the open math area.  Cookies will be provided.  All students who participated in Math Meets, took the MAA, AMC or AIME tests or were a part of the High School State Math contest are invited to attend.

All girls interested in playing tennis this fall should attend an important meeting today at either 12:30 pm or 3:45 pm in Room 756.  See Coach King or Coach Olson if you have questions or are unable to attend the meeting.

Get your coins ready!  Next week kicks off ‘Coins for Kids’ week with all proceeds donated to the UW Children’s Hospital.  Look for the UW coin boxes to make your donation!
