Work Permits are required for any student under the age 16. If you require a work permit you need to bring the following documents to your neighborhood office to get a permit: letter from employer, note from parent approving that you can work, birth certificate, social security card and $10.00.

Instructional Materials Collection
Textbooks and Library books will be collected the week of June 7th through June 10th, 8:30 to 3:30 pm. Teachers will attempt to collect materials from their in-person student learners prior to that time. (NOTE: You can return textbooks and library books at any time. Drop off in the Welcome Center or bring them to the Main Office if you are here on your in-person day.
Seniors must return their chrome books by the end of the year. Collection will occur in the A-Foyer June 7th through June 10th, 8:30 to 3:30 in the A-Foyer.
Summer Bus Passes
Summer bus passes will be available to all Memorial Students at no cost. If you would like a bus pass, distribution will be held June 2nd, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm in the A Foyer.
